BY FAR THE WORST DENTAL PLACE TO GO TO AT THE NEW PLACE..I ASKED MORE THEN 40 TIMES FOR MY DENTAL RECORDS STILL NEVER GOT THEM..THEN THEY TO DO A FILLING ON A TOOTH AND DID THE WRONG TOOTH WENT BETWEEN MY TWO ROOT CANALS WHICH THE FILLING WAS SUPPOSED TO BE NEXT TO THEM. THEN ON MY FRONT TOOTH NUMBER 7 THEY SAID I NEEDED A ROOT CANAL AND STARTED WORKING ON IT AND THEN STOPS BECAUSE THEY SCREWED UP..ALL THIS WAS A SCREW UP ON THERE PART. Just had my first visit at North Florida medical in Madison. Everyone was very friendly from the front staff to the nurses to the doctor. I highly recommend Doctor DeLeon. He takes the time to listen to your concerns, actually has a conversation with you about what’s going on with you
I have been looking for a dentist for several years and so happy to have found one. I have been to several dental clinic but this one is very clean and neat. I was there for my exams and couple extractions. Everyone was extremely nice and knowledgeable and made feel at ease from start to end. The Dentist was very professional and thorough with his explanations. I had a very pleasant experience at the dental clinic upstairs and would highly recommend.
Would not recommend for a children’s dentist. First they called in the wrong medicine/doses for my children last week. After my pharmacist spoke with the dentist , he proceeded to tell me that it sounds like the dentist has “no idea what he is doing” still giving the benefit of the doubt , I go to my children’s appointment today after waiting 20ish minutes , I am told I can not go back in the room with my 4 year old. I was very impressed. Everyone was professional and friendly. Shout out to Derrica very professional beautiful smile she got me in and out quick she really helped me out. I really appreciate it. That's what I like to see when I walk into a place a beautiful smile.
