I love all people to work there. Big shout to Derrica the reception for the help.
Unfortunately just because you pay your bill at the office the amount told. They can change that after you leave. I'm a cash payer no insurance paid what i was told the visit was and left 2 weeks later i was told i owe additional money. Not the way to do business.
Edit: very sick and hurting and need to find out whats wrong. Told yesterday to call at 8 am to fit me in.. when I calk "oh we have no space." I'm sick right now not 2 months from now. So much for "helping and healing." Calling right now and they just opened so Had to make an appointment in order to refill a prescription. The appointment got made a month after the prescription ran out. Finally make it right on time and im waiting for 2 hours to be seen. Why make me come up here at a certain time if you're obviously not ready... read more
