Bad bad I do not recommend coming here. They called me on Thursday about an appointment for May 4 at 9:00! I confirmed it. went today and they told me I didn’t have an appointment for today. As my baby has been sick since Friday, I made an appointment as soon as possible. The lady with blond hair is really nice; she really tried to find a way for me to go in today. Emily at the front desk goes above and beyond for her patients. My daughter has been very sick and I needed to get her in for an appt and Emily made it happen. She and Dr. McDowell are what we need more of in the healthcare field. They listen to their patients and treated us like we matter. Even though my daughter was ultimately admitted to Sacred Heart, they made sure she was taken care of.
Miss.Emily was so helpful at the front desk her smile, her demeanor and her positive attitude just made the whole place light up! She helped me with my new patient package even though it was close to closing time , it was my first time being here and she just talked very highly of her coworkers & her manager Georgina during our talk .
