The mediator in my situation was not impartial. Every time he entered the room where I was with my attorney he would announce how impartial he was and the more he said it the more partial I knew he was. He was rude and disrespectful. He spent 90 percent of his time with the defendant. Every time he was with the plaintiff (me) he would nor listen and seemed hostile.
