Dissappointed. On the phone I was told medical records were needed and a review before scheduling. I was clear in why HBOT was needed given my mothers diagnosis. Explaining the timeframe treatment was needed for. After going through the headache of getting the records faxed I was unable to reach anyone for days. When they finally answered their phone I was told due to my mothers diagnosis they would not accept her.
