Pros: The doctors are very good and professional. Cons: Customer service. I called inquiring about eyeglasses I had ordered 16 days earlier. A lady answered the phone and told me they had up to 10 business days to fulfill the order and my eyeglasses were not ready. I asked why as it had been over 10 business days.
