I would not recommend doing business with North Florida Custom Carts. I purchased my cart almost two years ago from Tammy. It was a brand new Icon 6 seater. From the moment it was delivered the main console did not work. It has a gauge that shows battery life, and when I charged the cart the gauge did not go back up to 100% so there was no real way to know how much charge was available. I recently purchased a ICON I60L and we love it. It is a beautiful cart and accommodates our families needs. Tammi was extremely helpful in the process of the purchase, options and color. I highly recommend North Florida Custom Carts and ask for Tammi. You won't be disappointed.
I had them put batteries in my cart. They screwed up the wiring and put too much voltage to my lights. They fried my lights. I called them several times. Every time I call they say they will call me back and I have yet to receive a call.

RecommendedLast week we had our new batteries installed buy North Florida custom carts, not only are they priced competitively for a quality product but the service level was amazing. After having a bad experience with another local golf cart company we were pleasantly surprised at not only the service level but the value received for the cost. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering having service done to their existing cart.

Thank you to Tammi for replacing my battery charger for free!!! Another store was going to charge me $399 for an off brand or $599 for a club cart brand.
We took our cart to 2 shops prior to contacting North Florida and the experience with night and day compared to the 2 other shops. From the moment we told them what was going, to them giving us an in depth explanation of what was going on, to the moment they dropped off the cart on the same day!, it was nice to know we had a place we could trust with our cart. We've been there a few times now and I would recommend Tammi and her team any day of the week.
We just picked up our new icon i40 today! It’s only been a few hours and got over 11 miles just cruising around the neighbor hood. Tami and her free were great to work with. The new icon brand cart is super fast and smooth at a great price.
