Always fast friendly and very professional
When you google quest labs this pops up first in defuniak springs, however I called and they are in no way associated with quest. There are no quest labs in defuniak springs. You hade to drive to crestview, chipley,niceville, ft walton beach, Panama city or pensacola. For those with BCBS who requires you only use quest labs your screwed. At minimum you have to drive a minimum of an hour+ to have 2 vials of blood drawn that takes literally 5 min. Defuniak Springs is a damn joke. They are all so sweet and patient. I have a special needs son and its hard to get his blood drawn. Sometimes we have to sit 30 or 40 mins before can finally get him to let the technician draw his blood. They are so patient with him and do not get frustrated or anything with the waiting and coaxing of allowing blood to be drawn. Great place to go. Thank yall so much!!
