Prompt arrival and great service. Took the time to explain steps used to clean the woodstove and ensured area was protected and clean. Recommended products to cut back on creosote and promptly emailed the inspection report. Thanks Luke.

Went of town. Had my cleaning people come in. Had poop on the floor. Few bottles off bar on the floor. Something chewed a little on a window handle. Only way in was chimney. Had a friend come check my house found a dead squirrel under pillow in the sofa. My friend removed squirrel. Luke came out Monday. Secured chimney to make it critter proofed.
