Great reputation. In my opinion North Florida Home Builders are a top notch company. They build from the ground up and construct homes that are up to the owners desires. Start to finish they are an excellent company to deal with if you want an extremely well built home with a contractor that always has great insight and enjoys working on site and coordinating directly with the home owners. I met Rick from North Florida Home Builders about six years ago...My wife and I had shopped a lot of places and finally found the place we wanted to live in retirement. We decided to build a custom home on Crescent Lake just outside Crescent City, Florida. After securing the property, we called Rick and began the process. We hired North Florida Home Builders to renovate an older home we bought in Crescent City, FL. Rick Ketchum gave us a detailed estimate of all renovations so there was never any confusion on what to expect. He did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it and for the cost he had specified in the detailed estimate. He went up and beyond on many of the renovations and we were quite surprised and extremely satisfied with his work.
