On a recent trip to Salem, we lost all of the coolant in our system. My buddy Zach recommended Brian and the crew at North Eugene Automotive for the repair. I had the vehicle towed to their shop on a Saturday, left a message on their voicemail and dropped off my keys. My car was repaired and we picked it up on Monday before closing. The owner, Brian, let my kids each choose a free HotWheels car from a bag before we left. I HIGHLY recommend North Eugene Automotive. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Honesty an integrity are the basis of this business' model. I've been a customer since 2003. I've recommended North Eugene Auto to many of my friends who were satisfied with all work completed. I always say "you don't have to worry about being scammed - they're totally trustworthy " When you really don't know how to work on a car, or what it might need, having a mechanic you trust is just one less thing to worry about.

Brought a "new to me" vehicle in a few weeks ago to have a couple of things checked out. One of the items specifically mentioned was brakes. If it needed new ones, we were willing to have it done there. You said they were great. I had a couple of new tires put on yesterday at Les Schwab, and thank goodness they were conscientious. My "great" brakes are almost gone. That could have put my life in danger. Shame on you!
