I had a wonderful experience thanks to the outstanding service provided by the medical receptionist, Natalie. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, courteous, and incredibly efficient. She managed appointments with ease, despite it being a super busy Sunday . Her professionalism and warm demeanor truly set the tone for the whole clinic. I am grateful to see Dr Leo from Epping North family practice. He is very patient and professional. I have also seen another GP near Epping station before I had an appointment with Dr Leo. It’s so contrasting to see the difference. Dr Leo is very thorough in understanding and diagnosing the problem while the other GP near Epping station would rush through everything and just want the patient out of the door asap. Highly recommend this clinic and Dr Leo to anyone.

How lucky we are and grateful to have North Epping Family practice to look after our Health. All Drs are very knowledgeable and friendly . My Dr is Dr Leo and he's been seeing me for more than 10 years. I trust him with my Life . Extremely knowledgeable,personable and trustworthy.
