If I could do less stars, I would. Very unprofessional business. I own a couple houses and would be the ideal repeat customer for any trades business- if this company showed up to the jobs they said they would complete. Good luck getting this business to show up to the calls they said they would attend, I had an appointment scheduled and waited 30min before calling to see if anyone would show up, just to find out they wouldn't answer the phone and forward my calls 5times thereafter. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Had an emergency at a commercial property. Spoke with Taylor. He said he would help me and I should call him back in 20mins. So I waited and then I called back; and then I called him again and no answer. He had no intentions of showing up. Definitely NOT 24hr service. You just blew a huge potential client right out the window. I called your competition Electrical Elite and they responded back quickly and dispatched an Electrician within minutes. Have a nice day.
