I’ve been here 3 times before finally writing this review because I thought maybe the first or second experience was just a misunderstanding. Unfortunately, after the third visit, I realized it wasn’t. The service here is honestly one of the worst I’ve experienced. The lady at the front desk is very rude and seems to lack basic customer service skills. A better tone and a little professionalism would make a huge difference. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, not attitude.
By far the best place in winnipeg for any window or door repairs, and the carry all hardware that may be needed for any situation. They also carry great new windows which can be custom made to fit any size. I highly recommend North End Weatherstripping!!

Super great experience. Tones of parts for lots of different window brands. In an out in 5 minutes with the part to fix a broken window clip on my house. 5 stars
