My first visit here was beyond my expectations. Mara was very knowledgeable, an excellent communicator and demonstrative. Though I had researched my neck problem on the internet thoroughly (I thought!) she discovered the root of the problem and quickly showed me how best to deal with it. I am very appreciative of her expertise.
Kayla was amazing !! Very knowledgeable and hands on when needed but made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. She was intuitive and knew exactly what I needed. I so recommend Kayla and Spine & Sport. Very professional, friendly and helpful.
Maggie was extremely attentive as to how the injury happened and where the pain was. She gave a great diagnosis and treated the area. I can't wait to go back.

It was my first time at Spine & Sports. Eva was fantastic! She really took the time to understand my concerns before starting and checked in throughout to make sure I was comfortable. The massage itself was excellent, I left feeling so much better. It was an all around great experience, and I’ll definitely be back.
