We went to North End Orthodontics for 7 years and paid thousands of dollars only to be dismissed as patients the day before my child was to get braces because Dr. Kalange could not address an impacted tooth that he had known about for more than a year. No referral, no other explanation, no refund. I’m very disappointed, but was less than impressed with his bedside manner (he was often very curt), and we have since found a wonderful orthodontist that is able to address all of my child’s needs.
