North End Auto Body is top-notch! My Audi was involved in an accident on May19th, and I brought it to North End Auto Body. The owner was incredibly responsive and guided me through the entire insurance process, which can be really confusing. He made everything easy and stress-free. To my surprise, the work was completed in less than a week! When I got my car back, it looked flawless----you'd never know the bumper had been in an accident. Bought a van from them on April 23rd 2025 and by April 26th 2025 the transmission was slipping . Dropped it off at Best Transmission and $3,100 later it was fixed . The guy who sold me the van name was Xavi Guzman . I specifically asked him how was the transmission and engine , which he replied “ it’s perfect “ . Clearly he lied . I would never do business with them again !!!! Pictures attached are proof !
They did an okay job but when I followed up to get more work done they never responded. They also left my car on empty when it was delivered near full; that would be about 350 miles worth of regular driving in my vehicle
