A little disorganized but they're the best hands down in Greensboro. Dr. Coates is the salt of the earth! Plus staff is very understanding and works with you to help get your furry baby the best care! I have a German Stephard and crazy about her and they show me they are too!
Love the people here, they treat my pet with love and care. I love the fact that they also board pets. It makes me feel comfortable to know that when I have to leave my pet behind, he is being well taken care of, and he loves being where he is.
I just established care for my doggies and one was actually excited to be there 😂😂
Long time client recently came for shots and got charged over $800. I don’t pay that for my horses shots. For multiple of them. They are beyond pricey. I’ve taken my cat they still can’t tell me what is wrong with her but definitely did every test. After 10k spend on her exams I took her somewhere else and they told me for $200 what was wrong. The vets didnt even know anything about nutrition. It was kinda sad when I had to describe the difference and befits of foods. Science diet is the only course they take.
I wanted to write a review for Dr. Reyes - she has been an exceptional vet and has taken wonderful care of our two little dogs. Every doctor we've seen at the practice has been fantastic though. We've been bringing our dogs here for six years and have always had a great experience. The entire staff is caring, compassionate, and responsive, especially when I've needed prescription refills or urgent appointments.
