Shady practices – Good prices on tire's,quick service.As the other reviewer posted they will try and sell you services you don't need or create a problem you don't have.I have sat in the lobby waiting on my vehicle and observed the guy's at the counter try to sell a customer something they did not need,even after the customer told them no, they kept pressing like it was the end of the world.When they offer to change the fluid in your halogen headlights, don't fall for it.Unless it was an absolute emergency don't have your ve... read more

The Best – We are from out of state, NY to be exact. We were in need of immediate service & North Elkin Tire and Automotive went above & beyond to get us back on the road in record time. Everyone was so nice, they were very friendly & eager to help us in anyway they could. We found them VERY honest. We would recommend them to anyone at anytime.

will never go back to this place again! – This is one of those places when they see a woman walking through the door they will try their best to rip her off, I was that woman and they halfway got me. I knew where the problem was exactly, and pin pointed it to them yet still they charged me to tell me the same thing I already knew. Then they gave me an estimate to fix my condenser for $540. I was smart enough to turn them down and ended up taking my car to a friend to look at, he fixed the problem for $168. I would never reco... read more

Mock Price doubled in less than 2 hours – Quoted by phone one price. Took vehicle in repair costs consistent with phone quote. Left in another car my luxury suv . An hour so later received a call--the repair costs had doubled. I said forget it. Picked up my car and will never return. Repaired for the original price elsewhere. Sad I like those guys.
