You are able to book appointments online weeks in advance and it says that they participate with your insurance. You upload your insurance card and info online also in advance. When you get there in person after taking off of work for the appointment they tell you they do not accept the insurance. What a waste of time and energy. They should review the schedule and call the patients a head of time to let them know not wait till they arrive to inform them. Would not recommend this place to even a crack head .
We saw Dr Shivani Desai and nurse Tera , they were one of the best caring people I met
Dr Gandhi is attentive and down to earth. Staff is kind and gentle. Highly recommended
Would not recommend this doctor’s office to anyone, especially ANJU. I’ve had a few problems with this office before in the past, but had no other choice, as they always had availability open (now I can certainly see why). However, today when I called the girl who answered informed me they have a 2pm appointment available. She then proceeded to tell me that I need to take a Covid test prior to coming in.
