Not happy with this banks since mutual forcibly made us switch to them. Some transactions show up on my online banking while some DONT FOR DAYS, so when they all go thru on Monday I get an overdraft fee. This has happened to me twice since they made the “merge”. I never had a problem being clear with how much money I had available when I banked with mutual. I’ll be switching from this bank soon.
This bank used to be an amazing bank, but ever since they merged with Mutual they have gone down the tubes. They have absorbed Mutuals “hidden fees” and the website is purposefully confusing so they can make money off people. Greed was behind this merger and they should be ashamed for ruining a great bank. Awful awful awful since they merged with mutual! My funds have been unavailable to me during times of need multiple times in under a month! I miss the old bank.
Poor customer service, cannot complete the simplest of requests. First attempt logging into the new online site, did not work, not a surprise honestly. Over the weekend, couldn't get to the ATM because they had trucks blocking both access points so their new signage could be installed.

I don’t have an account, therefore, I wasn’t allowed to change a $10 bill for a roll of quarters to give my daughter laundry money at college. Since when and in what world do you need a bank account to change $ for $? Luckily, the cashier at the supermarket we were in changed it for me. Thanks for wasting my time.
I had banked here for 10 years. I visited the corporate office in Easton a few times over the past couple of weeks. I was made empty promises and their managment made a mistake with a large sum of my money. They then refused to solve their mistake. They also treated me as if I was stupid for following their managers instructions. I have sense removed all of my money and will never bank here again.
