All the staff is polite and professional
Came for a 3.40pm appointment, waited and waited. Even though everything said you are open and allowed me to make a booking you obviously weren’t open… Atleast put a sign… not good enough. People who come here are obviously unwell, now have to hope to get in elsewhere. Not happy.
The clinic was on time, very thorough, friendly and accomodating to help me check over my 5 month old bubba and answer any questions I had because the GP wasn’t able to see her due to covid. Our wonderful GP nurse got us into the clinic to help get our bubs seen too. Both nurse and doctor were friendly, warm and courteous to not make me feel rushed in and out.
