The waiting time was short. I've been here many times for skin cancer checks and treatment
I had a full skin check with Dr Sidhu and it unfortunately felt very rushed, about 5-10 mins for the whole appointment. I have quite a few moles and was hoping to get a more thorough check but it was more like a quick look over.
Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Hoang Ly left me feeling dismissed and uncomfortable. Across both my appointments, there was a noticeable lack of empathy, professionalism and patient-centred care. I was often met with abrupt or condescending responses, which made it difficult to ask questions or feel comfortable in the process. I saw Dr Li this morning & my experience was first class. Dr Li was on time, the consultation was not rushed and her excellent communication skills made it easy to understand her advice.
I have used in the past N.E.H.S ( Dr. Shidu) . I was impressed about her professional knowledge and the way she handle my problem. I will certainly recommend Dr. Shidu and N.E.S.H team to others. Thank you. GIAN
