We went to closing at this title company and while going over the contract there were multiple mistakes. Then when the deposit didn't match the contract their excuse was opps sorry we don't know why our computer can't add. Their apology was less than adequate and they were too busy to call me back until I called them again, but I was on the list to call. Way too many mistakes for this kind of high dollar transaction. I do not recommend these people at all. Oh they are very polite, if you're not looking for accuracy.
One doesn't usually get the opportunity to "pick" a title company but the people at Northeast Title Co. not only went above and beyond, but made the experience pleasant.
No Star, I bought a property through them and it had a lean on it that they did not disclose. Now I cannot sell it until the lean is clear and they have offered no help in resolving the issue.
