I was treated very well,well taken care of. I couldn't ask for better Doctors and nurses.
Was supposed to be 1st one of the day . They brought me back and prepped me. But then was told some preparations were not in place so 2 hours !!!! My surgery was delayed ugggh I was first appointment it’s now 10 am an we’re still here!!! Been here since 6AM!!! Not impressed at all
If I could give more then 5 stars I would. The staff at Northeast Surgery Center are the best. They truly care about their patients and it shows. I was a nervous wreck for my procedure but they were able to calm my nerves and make me feel as comfortable as possible. There was a little issue that arose with my heart before they began my procedure but they quickly sprung into action and all was well. Dr Lowe even held my hand to assure me everything was ok. Amazing experience and staff. When I was waiting for surgery the staff realized something was wrong. I had a tremendous headache. One of the nurses talked to the doctor about medication to help the headache before surgery. I was so relieved. By the time I went in I was feeling better. Very courteous and helpful. Great experience. Thank you all!
The entire staff was fabulous! Explained everything and were very friendly. I will need to go back for a second procedure related to the first one and I know I will be well taken care of.
