I have been going to Mike for sport massage for 5 years. He is absolutely amazing. It’s always great for routine body maintenance but he has also fixed a number of painful issues over the years.

The place was nice and clean. I explained to Mike what body parts were hurting and he found I had an impingement in my shoulder. I bought the stretchy band and he gave me some exercises to do. Nice guy, knowledgeable and soft hands! I will def go back!

I have worked with Mike for a while now. I am so impressed with his knowledge of the way our bodies work. After our last session I woke up the next morning without the nagging, dull ache in my lower back that I have had for months. Days later I am still pain free. He listens. He explains. He works with you. I have used massage for 35 years. He is the best.

Highly recommend Michael! First time ever that massage therapy has actually produced significant results in my recovery and pain. Michael has helped me understand my injury and has educated me on proper body mechanics and movement to aid in my recovery. He is professional, a thorough communicator and his skills and knowledge are top notch.
