Had a great experience. The service was a PLUS PLUS. Went there to check my A/C which was not working at all and in no time they had it up and running. I have been to other shops and I was told I need a compressor and another said compressor and condenser, but here hell no all those weren't needed. And on top of that excellent service the staff and the atmosphere was exceptional. Thanks for that wonderful service and welcome.
The folks at North East Service were fantastic! I had a tire destroyed by one of the area's gnarliest potholes. They helped me get my car towed to their shop, inspected it (luckily, the tire was the only casualty), ordered the matching replacement tire and had me out the door in a little over 24 hours. And, they did it for less than they originally estimated. They could easily have stuck to their original estimate, pocketed the extra money, and I'd have been none the wiser.
