I walked in first thing in the morning after speaking to their receptionist over a week prior to making the appointment and the manager Tommy was talking to his techs and explaining to them he may not be able to pay them there rate as some work they had done the day before was a lot more than they had been quoted. Tommy asked my opinion on the matter which I thought was thoughtful but in hindsight should have been a red flag. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ North East Service Center has been incredible to work with! They’ve done a lot of work on my converted school bus, and the quality, honesty, and attention to detail are top-notch. Tommy especially deserves a shoutout — he’s super helpful, communicative, and genuinely fun to work with. It’s so refreshing to find a shop that truly cares about their customers and their vehicles. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience. The service was a PLUS PLUS. Went there to check my A/C which was not working at all and in no time they had it up and running. I have been to other shops and I was told I need a compressor and another said compressor and condenser, but here hell no all those weren't needed. And on top of that excellent service the staff and the atmosphere was exceptional. Thanks for that wonderful service and welcome.
