So, the strangest thing happened. I was looking for a used lift bag, new ones are to expensive for me, I located one at Notheast Scuba Supply. The price was very good, but the shipping seemed a little high, so I ordered it. The day after I ordered the bag I got an email from John. The email apologized for the high shipping and went on to explain my refund.
