I have had a similar experience to the prior review. I paid a deposit to "hold a date" for an end of July projected start. Communication was excellent until deposit was paid. Since then, no response to texts, emails, and voicemail always full. DO NOT PAY A DEPOSIT!
I received an estimate in Feb. 2023. I quickly gave Mark a deposit to get on the schedule for this year. He was supposed to start in July and has not returned my emails, phone calls, and texts. PLEASE BEWARE!!
