Truck #2020, at 7:25am 3/31/2021. No lights, ran a red light and pulled out in front of me on a 45mph road. I had to brake hard to avoid rear ending it. Still no lights while they did over 55 in the same 45 mph zone for several miles where they returned to the garage at 8 Rockport Park Center.
