After 6 years of being a loyal customer have been extremely let down by Service department/workshop..For 6 years i have always serviced my Mq triton at this dealership i have even convinced 2 of my friends to do service here ..always use to spread positive word around..End of last year i bought brand new 2024 mv triton here also..start of this year i started getting oil leaks where intercooler pipes connect today was the 4th time i had to bring new car in for same issue..First time they changed Oring..Second time same Change... read more
I recently purchased a car from North East Mitsubishi and had an excellent experience. Charles and Ryan were incredibly helpful, honest, and patient throughout the whole process. They made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended – great team and great service!
Service reception was good, but quality of work was poor, had dash rattle looked into, got car back with missing screws, wires broken for lightbar, clips missing, on pick up ac didnt work, obviously no double checking to make sure things worked, was frustrating.
Good service — completed the work on time.
Fantastic staff and amazing high quality used car selection. Would 100% recommend.
