Very disappointed with my experience with North East Mitsubishi. A warranty-related issue with my 2021 Outlander was identified during my 25 June 2026 service. When handing over the vehicle told that it's covered by warranty. The service receipt stated “Rear vent on order, to be replaced.” I was not given a quotation or told that it was not covered by warranty. I followed up on 17 July and personally visited on 21 July. Poor customer service, extremly unprofessional. Then Staff there even doesnt look welcoming. Was pretty unhappy with the last service of my car. The front hook part was missing and they even didnt bother to ask or replace it.
One of the best custom service experiences from the Service and Parts department. A wonderful team that I would highly recommend.
Extremely poor customer service. During a routine service in January, photos were taken to submit a warranty claim. Up to now, I have never received a phone call or any correspondence from them regarding this matter. I phone them every 2 to 3 weeks for an update, to be told every time, I need to look into it, I'll call you back. From the 5 or 6 times this has occurred, only 1 staff member has actually done that, but, with no update or outcome. We are now heading into our 5th month.... a bit of a joke really. Came to North east mitsubishi after disappointing experience with another dealership and could not have had easier and better experience! Everyone at north east was beyond excellent and easy to deal with, and genuine. Thank you Mark, Joe, Jordan, Holly, Felicity and everyone else for making my purchase experience very very good!
