They don’t even deserve one star but it’s the lowest rating to give them especially at this horrible location. Unprofessional, uninterested, unskilled and uncaring staff you will ever find in something so important as VISION. This is not a product like you find in a furniture store. It’s supposed to sell much needed eye glasses so people can see. Do not purchase your glasses from this Lenscrafters, they do not stand behind their products that are defective. They put all the blame on the customer. As a customer of LensCrafters for over 20 years I will no longer purchase from them. I will now purchase my glasses from Warby Parker for a fraction of the cost.
Only because nordstrom the worst store there. K jewelries was awsome.

Went yesterday for the Mac free lipstick giveaway. Was in line at Macy's and a mall cop came over and told everyone that we had to go wait outside at another door for the event. Since there wasn't a Macy's representative around a lot of us followed his say so (because you're supposed to trust someone in uniform). Well come to find out that original line reformed, and was the line to be in for the event.
