Dr Kim is a great doctor. He sat with me and explained my situation. I had a great appointment. Also Donna at the fron desk was great she is very respectful. She made sure I got in to see Dr Kim right away. Thank you for a great appointment

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Dosik Kim a highly knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. He took the time to listen carefully, explained everything clearly, and made me teel completely comfortable throughout my visit. I’m write this complaint on behalf of my wife. She was seen by Dr.Kim on September24 and the office was to send our insurance company a form for approval. It has been over a month and I told my wife to call the insurance company to find out they never sent the form over. So she called yesterday and Debra said she will call her back it’s now 7pm the day after and never received a call back. It’s sad to say Dr. Kim has incompetent office staff.
I would highly recommend visiting Dr. Kim. Not only is he himself extremely knowledgeable but his staff is as well. They are always going above and beyond to help us with our concerns. If you need a sleep study, look no further!!! The staff who conduct the sleep studies will make you feel welcomed and most importantly comfortable so you can get a good night sleep.
