They were very prompt in replying to a request for a quote. Lovely, friendly person on the phone when I called to make an over-the-phone payment for the job.
Excellent service, very friendly technician who came up with a suggested alternative location for our split system which was such a good idea that we did it. The new suggestion required the cutting of some grass so he did that too!
I would not recommend this company to any body....Never return calls after numerous emails and phone calls....2 years almost to get this problem fiixed ...I mean they did look after me for the first year then after that it felt like i was just a painful customer...Got my problems fixed by another company who picked up the fault straight away...
Dane from NE Heating and Cooling came, on time, was friendly, efficient and thorough in his inspection and service of our air conditioning units. Because they offer a yearly service, our units are all maintained in great condition. Will always use this company.
