I am writing with serious concern after a profoundly unprofessional experience at D-Max, my regular Isuzu service provider. Today, I took my car in, and they later called saying they only needed to take photos of the injector. They never informed me this would lead to a $450 diagnostic fee, this being the second one in a month. As a dyslexic person, I rely on clear communication, but instead, I was handed a paper to sign with no explanation.
