I’ve been with NE FL Pool Service now for quite some time. They’re one of the few who I could find that clean my vinyl pool, and they do a spectacular job. Whenever I’ve had issues, they’re prompt in addressing them or correcting anything they might have missed. They’ve done so at a reasonable price, as well. Demetrius, our pool tech, is especially good. We have used Northeast Florida Pool Service for thirty plus years. Although we have always been extremely happy with their service, our tech Demetrius has our pool down to an art! It sparkles, it shines...it’s perfect. His attention to our pool is outstanding! What a nice and personable young man. Fine example of what an employee should be. Alex has been doing an AWESOME job! He’s been cleaning my dad’s pool for about 5 months ago and my father said it has never been better than when Alex is his pool tech!
There’s not enough stars available, that shows the quality of work that Candace provides. She went above and beyond to make sure my pool was in tip-top shape for an event I was having the next day. There was algae, tons of sand and rock from the paver install.. and in no time at all, it was crystal clear and looked the best it ever has. She has a very strong work ethic, personable and spends the time to make sure it’s done correctly. Thank you Candace
