We hired them after having a pool company decided that they were just going to use chlorine instead of salt. Also had multiple issues with the other company. We decided to change. This has been the best decision we have done. This company has been amazing. Kevin is our pool maintenance person and has done amazing things with our Pool and is very knowledgeable and always friendly and my puppy huckleberry. Looks forward to seeing him every week.
NEFL pool service has been servicing our pool for decades our newest (7 months) technician Brad is always courteous, professional and capable. Brad always has time to say hello to me and my children if we are there but also respects that I work nights and am not always around. Brad always pays attention to not park where he might block me in even though he is not on property for long. Brad also makes sure if we have questions he has time for us not rushing things but providing quality service.
Brad services my uncovered pool weekly. We tend to be home when he comes and he is the best. Love chatting with him while he works. Super knowledgeable and friendly. He even greets my dog.
Update: Bradley has been our new pool technician and he has been excellent. He is efficient and always leaves our pool looking great. Because of Bradley I continue to recommend North East Florida Pool Service. A very good full-service pool company. I definitely recommend Candace who is an excellent technician. She does a great job of maintaining our pool, it is always crystal clear and inviting. She is highly knowledgeable and always willing to answer any of my questions. We appreciate her taking good care of our pool.
I highly recommend Bradley from this service! You can set your watch by him, he leaves the pool spotless every time, and he treats our property like his own. Always secures the gates, never leaves a mess, and our dog loves him! You would think you're his only customer. He's been with us since September and I'm kinda sorry we're moving but, I'm positive he'll treat the next family the same way!! Much love Bradley!! Thank you!!
