The service team is a mess, I bought a car and did all services plus more with NE isuzu ute Burton. In the end I realised I sould have used my own mechanic. Isuzu make a good car, that's not what im complaining about. Steering knuckle warranty wasn't accepted, had to correct myself after 3 years of clear and detailed evidence (there was no doubt at all i had this problem, along with many others) and 18 months of fighting IUA and NE isuzu ute. The worst costumer service. About my last review they talked to my boss who made me delete that. But I came back, everyone should know the kind of people they are, almost lost my job in that time. Instead fix their shit, they tried to fire who gave them a bad review.
A great team and excellent quality.
