Nice office and great staff.
Back in late September I went in for an extraction of 2 teeth. One of the extractions was of a wisdom tooth. I have talked with other Drs and they said he should have been able to see from the x rays that he wouldn’t be able to get the tooth out. But they tried to wrenched on my wisdom tooth so hard I thought my jaw was going to crack. At the end what happened he couldn't get it out so he just cut off the crown and left the roots in my jaw. Lindsey at North East Dental Arts is one of the best hygienists I've ever had. She's kind and caring, and very gentle when cleaning my teeth. I've had cleanings elsewhere that left my gums sore for days from all the poking and prodding, but with Lindsey I barely notice. She takes her time, checks in to make sure I'm comfortable, and never makes things feel rushed. She's also just a pleasure to be around. I used to dread the dentist, and now I look forward to it. I was transferred here when my dentist retired. Thank the Lord that my hygienist, Sheri, is here now too. She's great. The new owner, not so much. Not impressed.
