Disgustingly rude towards me. Their male manager, that seems too young to me to even have his position. He insulted me a number of times with quick, lazy, weak minded, prejudicial stero-typing, judgement. I told him at least once as calm and professionally as possible. Have a appointment at 12pm, arrived a few minutes early. I've seen so many staff walk around looking like they are doing nothing. Its now 16mins past. Come on, I understand if you were busy but there was 1 person before me and no one else, come on guys.
I could pick half a star I would! Seems like this is just another Circus run buy a bunch of Monkeys!! I had a Dr's appointment at 2pm today. They were kind enough to organize a taxi for me.... until it never turned up! Was out in the heat waiting for three quarters of an hour, NOTHING!
