I put my hopes of moving my children out of the situation we were in before it became serious, this was in 2023 almost a year later and I haven’t secured housing after paying for a background check and seeing a total of three apartments in the year, I’m not having only a month left to move and I’m still sitting in my very now livable apartment. I’m truly disappointed and sadden that I put faith in this organization just to be ignored and disregard. For the most part I blame the state of NYC! Clean up the housing mess!
I gave 4 stars because I worked as an Intern in the office an experienced first hand what goes on...The Front office Mr Pacheco is a gem every workplace need one of him very knowledgeable, accommodating and respectful, Stacey great person to work with, *Kevin so respectful and easy to work with, they make your job worth doing...The Accounting Dept hardly have any interaction aside from Sheldon but great people...Property Mgt team easy going people but over worked , Head PM needs to be more hands on and accountable...The Ceo ... read more
