I had a great experience. I emailed about a set of tracks for my CTL. The next morning I had a call from them followed by some text messages. I ordered a set of tracks and they were delivered next day before noon. It honestly took longer to install the tracks then get them delivered locally. I am still waiting on calls back from other vendors and my machine is ready for the big upcoming snow storm. They even shipped the tracks before my payment made it to them.
