I was required to submit a deposit + an app fee, only to subsequently learn that my application was denied, and I now face a 30-day waiting period for a refund. Initially, Tammy provided excellent service, but her customer service deteriorated significantly after my application was denied.
After 6 months our shower handle is finally fixed
Beautiful apartments but the real gem is the staff! Michael in the office is AMAZING. When I was no longer a resident there an issue popped up with my portal account and he worked so hard and efficiently to make sure it wouldn't continue to impact me. Truly went above and beyond! Jose on the maintenance team is also one of the most wonderful and helpful humans that truly makes that community so special. I'm sad to be leaving but know if you decide to live there, you are in good hands!
Highly recommend this property! Michael was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process and continues to be helpful whenever a question arises. Top notch service which is always extremely appreciated!
