Moving into northeast apartments was a very easy experience thanks to Alicia. Very friendly and welcoming. The management here has truly been great and has made moving here a breeze. Questions are answered quickly the communication is great . I highly recommend living here . Maintenance is also very friendly it truly makes a difference having friendly approachable management !
After 6 months our shower handle is finally fixed Very unsafe sidewalks during the winter months. I fell and hurt my knee on ice because they don't clear the sidewalks in the winter here. Limping over a month now. People who live here have no dog walking etiquette. They don’t realize you could have reactive rescue dogs and they choose not to give you and your dogs personal space to an area for 3-5 minutes.
Alicia is the best thing to ever happen to North East Apartments. She gets things done immediately and accurately & makes everything easier for us.
I wanted to leave a positive review for the staff, specifically Alicia here at Northeast apartment community. She is always incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful whenever I have questions or need assistance. She treats residents with kindness and professionalism and genuinely makes the experience of living here much easier. It’s clear she works very hard and truly cares about helping people. Great customer service like hers deserves recognition. Felix is also great, very professional and even goes out of his way to help.
Alicia made our move-in experience at North East Apartment Community exceptional. She was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful during our tour. She played a big part in our decision to move in. Alicia and Felix also did a great job getting the apartment ready for us. The unit was clean, several appliances were brand new, and it was clear they put in the effort to make us feel welcome.
