Never been a patient but I definitely tried, called multiple times left messages and used the online form on their website but I have gotten so much as a word in response not even to say if they are full or understaffed not a single email or call I Mean you don’t even need to do it in person you can have robots automatically do emails for you it’s like you don’t even want patients or to be helpful to your community it has serious reduced my trust in Canadas mental health programs and getting help for my head in general.
