Dr. Mcgill is incredibly kind, empathetic and remarkable, listens patiently, provides complete advice and discusses all options. Treats patients with care and affection.
Absolutely unacceptable experience. My wife called with an urgent medical concern and was treated with complete rudeness and disregard by the receptionist. At first, she was told a doctor would call her back. When she followed up, she was told no doctors were available because they were “all on vacation.” When she asked if another doctor could help, she was flatly told it was not possible. The staff including the receptionist's are awesome and helpful. Dr. Mcgill is kind and genuine. I get my appointments in a timely manner. To the ones complaining about getting same day appointments, it's rare to get a same day... If it can't wait...go to the emergency at the hospital.
