I have to say… This doctors office was phenomenal at the start. Recently, wait times to see my family doctor has gone from what was about the same week appointment to being over a month wait for serious and worsening medical issues. Then today I get an email stating they are accepting new patients…. How can they do this when they do not have appointments available?!? Is the wait going to just get longer and longer? I understand that the government plays a major role in this but doctors and medical staff need to start speakin... read more
Dr. Mcgill is an excellent family doctor. He looks after me, my 5-year-old son, and now my newborn, and we all feel completely cared for. He’s kind, patient, listens properly, and never rushes us out the door. My boys are always comfortable with him, which means a lot as a mum. I feel lucky to have him as our family doctor in Ayr. Highly recommend.
Dr.McGill and the nurses are very nice. However, the reception staff needs attention of the management. They sound impatient and impolite majority of the time you call, so much so I feel anxious to call reception now. People with diverse medical needs like speech challenges, hearing issues or a disability need to be accomodated for accessibility as per local laws and Lang's policies. The medical receptionist, Dr McGill, and the medical team are wonderful. I have always been treated with respect and care. I highly recommend this office.
