The man working the front desk GAVE AWAY our Jet Ski reservations to another group minutes before we got there. First he told us because we were late he had to give them away (we arrived 30 minutes early) and then when that didn't make sense, he said he "thought they were us," even though I gave him my first, last name, email and phone number.
