The jet ski experience itself was a lot of fun, and the majority of the staff were great, so thank you for that! Unfortunately, our interaction with one of the guides — the man with the long hair and beard — was a tad bit disappointing. He came across as dismissive and rude toward our group, despite us understanding the importance of safety and making effort to listen and follow instructions. The man working the front desk GAVE AWAY our Jet Ski reservations to another group minutes before we got there. First he told us because we were late he had to give them away (we arrived 30 minutes early) and then when that didn't make sense, he said he "thought they were us," even though I gave him my first, last name, email and phone number.
