They don't pick up the phone most of the time when you call They don't call back when you leave a message the reception lady act like she don't understand some stuff she put in the wrong prescription in for me then she act like she haves a attitude then when you ask for the Manger she all ways say they not there or call them back at a later time then when you call them back at that time they be close
I have been a patient for YEARS and I have only experienced care & concern from Dr.Steven Patten & his staff. My only complaint is sometimes there is a rather lengthy time in the waiting room but I understand why: Dr.Patten and his staff are competent, compassionate & professional. They are also thorough and take the time to listen to me and never make me feel rushed. So if sometimes I have to wait a bit before being seen I remind myself that I'd rather wait to be seen by a doctor & his staff who genuinely care about me than... read more
