Purchased a stunning Audi A5 from ND Motors. Process was very smooth and relaxing from making the car look on point and ready for collection to the general organisation of the purchase. Bradley was very friendly and professional and the team generally made every effort to have someone get back to you as quick as possible with a response to a query. Great customer care and I suspect will have fantastic after care services as well (which hopefully I won’t need). Top class and would highly recommend. I will definitely be back.

Was interested in a car, went and met Bradley and he immediately put me at ease and talked me through my options. Rang me with updates regularly and the car was immaculate for pick up. 10/10 service. Would recommend to everyone.
Found a car at North Down motors and unfortunately the car developed a fault quite early in the purchase process. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out and we ended up not taking the car. However, I cannot say a bad word at all about North Down Motors, the guys really did go above and beyond in trying to resolve the issue, supplying us with a courtesy car and basically just going a lot further than I would have expected a dealership to go. Disappointing experience. Bought my car from here last year and had issues instantly. They told me it had recently been serviced as soon as I drove the car the battery died. Extra star for taking this on and replacing a battery that should not have been in the car in the first place. Then oil leaked and I was told that this was due to the recent works. The oil then got worse and obviously was not due to recent works.They fixed a seal but then continued to leak more visibly but as warranty lapsed they will not take in even tn... read more
