Disappointing experience. Bought my car from here last year and had issues instantly. They told me it had recently been serviced as soon as I drove the car the battery died. Extra star for taking this on and replacing a battery that should not have been in the car in the first place. Then oil leaked and I was told that this was due to the recent works. With reference to the recent 1 star review regarding the RS Q3 by Andy H. Let me reply with some perspective. 1) There no appointment as you were told the car was off site getting the alloy wheel refurbishment at a specialist and you would be contacted on its return. 2) Our cars are independently prepared by a 3rd party Audi master-tech specialist so at point of sale the car would have been mechanically checked and necessary action taken 3) When you came in, you were invited into the Directors office and offered a seat. 4) A... read more
My experience with NDM was amazing, Bradley was very helpful and a pleasure to speak to, he made my experience of buying a car very exciting compared to my last car, he pointed me in the right direction of a gorgeous car and I absolutely adore it, I would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of getting a car to shop here
Visited here recently and was not impressed. Initial appointment resulted in disappointment, neither the car nor the salesman were present at the date and time agreed. The manager present didn’t even attempt to get out of his chair when explaining this to him, nor did he seem to care. Second visit was equally disappointing… Looked at a car listed for 18K.
