I rang about broken spotlights in my kitchen. Leo was really helpful on the phone and arranged someone to come out and look. Robbie completed the work, he was great and quickly fixed them. They provided a quote before the work was done and I was able to pay easily with a bank transfer. I'll definitely use North Down again for any electrical needs!
Had a great experience with North Down Electrics; heard back from Leo within a few hours of first e-mailing, he was out a couple of days later to have a look, had me an estimate over shortly after that and then he and Robbie were out to complete the work the following week. In two days they installed a new main consumer-unit in the house, did the wiring for a new kitchen and a complete re-wire of the garage with new sockets and a light. Leo provided the quote within a couple days of me contacting him, answered all the questions I had and arranged the work within the week of the lights arriving. Robbie did a great job fitting the lights and tidied everything up after. Overall it was really smooth process, the guys were really professional, easy to contact and I would have no issues recommending them to anyone else. Thanks again!

I bought an old house and all the light switches were in the wrong places and there weren’t enough sockets. Leo put new light switches and sockets in, replaced light fittings and even moved up a load of sockets on the kitchen counter that were set too low. He was very easy to communicate with, very responsive, and got the job done in the time frame agreed. Cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend him, and will get him back again if I ever need more electric work done.
