I am extremely thankful for North Dixie Auto Collision! My son was in an auto accident in November. Founders insurance took over 6 weeks to determine if they were going to cover the accident because their insured wouldn't respond to their inquiries....even though the insured was ticketed and indicated she was at fault at the scene. My son continued to drive his car during this time and his tire/suspension broke. Thank God he wasn't injured. Quality of work-excellent, communication to customer-excellent! In a world of mediocre customer service, this place is a breath of fresh air, highly recommended.
