Dr Graves and his staff have been taking good care of me for many years.
I’ve been trying to reach you guys for more than a week and nobody answered the phone, left voicemail and still haven’t got a call back. I’m to pay a bill FYI
Very bad customer service and they don’t answer their phone like they don’t want no one‘s business
Dr. Ash is wonderful but the front office staff are rude and will hang up on you. They seem like they’re upset they need to work and answer calls.
Dr Ash has been my urologist for several years and he is great. He has personally called me back when I left messages and is always thorough during my visits. The wait time used to be pretty long in the waiting room but it has significantly improved over the last year.
