I purchased a Groupon and was considering booking an appointment. However, after reading the reviews and seeing how the owner responded to customers, I immediately requested a refund. It’s one thing to respond poorly to one or two negative comments, but when it happens repeatedly, it reflects poorly on the business. Can’t say enough about the effectiveness of the SkinPen protocol she uses. Amazing results are showing up now after sticking to her initial recommendation for me last summer.
